Contact List Analytics

In this article, we will talk about the Analytics of the Default Contact List. This section helps to study and analyze its constituents.

Things to know before you start:

  • The Contact List Analytics is only available for the Default Contact List.
  • Aggregation is a result of summarizing counters at a specific point in time.
  • Aggregations of Analytics occur every 60 seconds.
  • Monthly aggregations – the summary of counter results for the entire month.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Contact List Management page (Menu -> Audience -> Lists).
  2. Press the “Analytics” button. The report shows the performance of your Campaign and its key metrics. 

The Default Contact List Analytics section consists of several blocks. Let’s consider them in more detail.

General information

General information displays the details of the Default Contact List.

It contains the following information:

  • Name of the Default Contact List.
  • Report download date.
  • Tags.
  • Total contacts in List.
  • Active contacts in the List.

Also, you can download statistics in excel or pdf formats in this section. 

  • Data can be downloaded depending on the selected channel and period in the “Subscription dynamics” section.

Channel subscriptions

Displays the channel subscriptions of all users in your List. 

Learn statistics on the percentage for all channels as well as a quantitative summary for each channel subscription.

Channel subscribers – the number of contacts that are subscribed to the specific channel

  • Email

  • WebPush Desktop
  • WebPush Mobile
  • Telegram

Channel unsubscribers – the number of contacts that unsubscribed from the specific channel

  • Email unsubscribed
  • SMS unsubscribed
  • WebPush Desktop unsubscribed
  • WebPush Mobile unsubscribed
  • Telegram unsubscribed

WebPush declined – the number of contacts that refuse to permit Web Push notifications to be sent.

  • Desktop WebPush Declined
  • Mobile WebPush Declined

Black list – the number of contacts that are blacklisted

  • Black list Email
  • Black list SMS

Subscription dynamics

The dynamics of the number of subscribers to the channel over a certain period of time.

Period

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 3 month
  • 6 month
  • 9 month
  • 12 month

Channel

  • Email
  • Sms
  • WebPush Desktop
  • WebPush Mobile
  • Telegram

Horizontal lines will show the dynamics of increasing or decreasing the number of subscribed and unsubscribed contacts.

You can view separately only one of the indicators  – “Subscribed” or “Unsubscribed”. Just click on the corresponding field to exclude the parameters view.

Age segmentation

The demographics section shows the age range of your contacts in the List. By hovering over the chart, you can also see the statistics.

Demographic age brackets:

  • <18
  • 18-24
  • 25-40
  • 41-55
  • 56+
  • Unknown

Gender

The demographics section shows the gender of your contacts in the List. By hovering over the chart, you can also see the statistics.

  • Male
  • Female
  • Not applicable
  • Not defined

Top languages

Displays the most frequently used languages. A maximum of 5 languages could be displayed. You can also add this data to your audience during import. By hovering over the chart, you can also see the statistics.
