You can work on campaigns together with your team by inviting them to join your account.
Assign teammates specific roles to get work done even faster. You can choose the level of access you want to grant each user.
Invite a Teammate
- Navigate to the Team Management page (Menu -> Account settings (three vertical points at the very bottom of the page) -> Teammates).
- Click the “Invite a teammate” button.
- Type in teammate’s email address.
- Select teammate’s Role and permission from the drop-down menu.
- Click the “Save” button.
- Your team member will receive an invitation letter to join your account.
- The team member should click on the link in the invitation letter and register an account to access the account.
The Teammates page displays the names, usernames, and user Roles for everyone with access to your SmartSender account. From this page, you can revoke access, view pending account invitations, and re-send invitation emails.
