You can bring your team together to work on campaigns by inviting them to join your account.
Assign teammates specific roles to get work done even faster. You can choose the level of access you want to grant each user.
Invite a Teammate
- Navigate to Team Management page (Menu -> Account -> Teammates).
- Click “Invite a teammate” button.
- Type in teammates email address.
- Select teammates Role and permission from drop-down menu.
- Click “Save” button
- Your team member will receive an invitation letter to join your account.
- The team member should click on the link in the invitation letter and register an account to access the account.
The Teammates page displays the names, usernames, and user Role for everyone with access to your SmartSender account. From this page, you can revoke access, view pending account invitations, and re-send invitation emails.
