We are seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join SmartSender.io team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the sales team;
- Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports;
- Developing scripts, developing target profiles, etc.;
- Assessing and analyzing a prospect’s current process and requirements;
- Collaborating with sales and marketing team to build lead generation strategies;
- Working with management to create a sales growth plan.
Requirements:
- Higher level education;
- Prior experience in the field is desired;
- Fluency in English;
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly;
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Languages:
- English: upper-intermediate and higher. To write correctly and to speak fluently. It will be the primary working language.
- Russian: intermediate and higher.
