This workflow will help you to ask for feedback from your customers.

There are 2 blocks in this workflow. The first block is the “Added to Segment” trigger. Your customers will be added to the segment when they use your services or made purchases 2 or more times. The second block is “Send email”. The email will be sent immediately after the contact is added to the segment, and it will ask them to take a survey.
