Select Your Plan

When choosing a Plan for your business, go beyond monthly email volume. Evaluate technical support needs, considering the required number of contacts. Ensure the selected Plan aligns with current demands and anticipates future growth. This decision is not just a choice but a strategic investment in your business’s long-term success and scalability.

Select your Plan during the onboarding process. In case your business needs are changed – you can change the Plan on your Billing Management page.

Each Plan includes:

  • A package of Email credits that can be used during the selected period.

  • Unlimited contacts, segmentation, and personalization.

  • Unlimited Campaigns, omni-channel automation, and A/B tests. 

  • Customer Support. In-depth onboarding & migration consultation. Webinars.

  • Data Security. Security​ ​Monitoring. Encrypted​ ​Sensitive​ ​Data. Secure​ ​Network​ ​Architecture. 

  • You also can enable additional services as Addons (i.e., dedicated IP address, White labeling, private branding, etc.).

IMPORTANT: You will be charged per extra sends if you over-limited monthly Plan messages. The cost will be included in the next month’s Bill.

Things to know before you start:

  • IMPORTANT: If you change the Plan, it will go into force starting from the next payment month. The old Plan will be applied until the end of the current month.
  • After you submit your card information, Wooxy will place a USD 1.00 pre-authorization hold on your bank card and will cancel the pre-authorization hold soon after you pass the verification. This is made on purpose to verify that your card is valid. 
  • IMPORTANT: The account remains in Trial mode until you select a subscription Plan and request account approval. No charges will be made to your card until the account is fully activated.

Select your Plan during the setting up of your account.

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Navigate to the Select Plan page (Menu->Get Started->Select Plan).

  • Press the “Go to billing” button.

  • Press the toggle to switch between the Monthly and Annual Plans comparison table.

  • Select the Plan that suits your business needs and press the corresponding button:

    • Upgrade to Basic Plan
    • Upgrade to Pro Plan
    • Upgrade to Enterprise Plan
      • NOTE: The Annual Plan payment is highly advantageous, as it automatically includes a 20% discount.
  • Fill in the credit card details:

    • Card number
    • Cardholder name
    • Expiry date
    • CVV code
  • Fill in the Billing information.

    • Company / Organization
    • Street address
    • Additional address – this line is also intended for entering the address if there is not enough space in the first one.
    • Country
    • State
    • City
    • Zip / Postal code
    • Email for Invoice Receipt
  • Press the “Save” button. As the Plan is selected, the Payment Method is already added, and all the previous steps are done – you can apply for account approval.

  • Press the “Back to Plans” button if you want to select another Plan.

Change your Plan

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Navigate to Billing Dashboard (Menu -> Account profile settings (there are vertical points at the very bottom of the page) -> Billing).

  • Find the “Current Plan” section and click the “Change Plan” button.

  • Choose your preferred Plan.

  • Click the “Select Plan” button and confirm the selection to activate it.

  • Your Plan has changed.
